The Explosion Proof Chamber has added an explosion-proof safety door and fire extinguishing device: to prevent the new energy battery from accidentally exploding and generating shock waves during the test, the door will automatically pop open under the action of air pressure to avoid damage to the chamber. At the same time, it is equipped with an explosion-proof chain to lock the chamber to maintain structural stability. The window safety net prevents debris from directly impacting the window.
The top of the chamber is equipped with a fire extinguishing system, which is detected by high-precision smoke sensors and temperature sensors. When one sensor senses a fault, it will immediately alarm and the test chamber will stop working. When two sensors alarm at the same time, the fire extinguishing device will be activated.

Components of Explosion Proof Chamber
Inner and outer chamber:The inner and outer chamber are made of high-quality brushed stainless steel, which is sturdy and durable. The exterior is painted and sprayed with plastic, making the equipment more beautiful.
Control System:Controller touch screen, including lighting switch, USB interface (on the control panel); main power switch, over-temperature protection setting device, and communication interface.
Cooling system:The compressor can be selected as single-stage (air-cooled) or double-stage refrigeration system (water-cooled). The evaporator adopts a finned heat exchanger and the refrigerant adopts environmentally friendly R404a/R23 with an ozone depletion index of 0.
Heating system:The heater adopts nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater;
Heater control method: SSR (solid-state relay) contactless equicyclic pulse width modulation.
Humidification system:The humidification method adopts electric steam humidification, and the equipment has automatic water replenishment function.
Noise reduction system:The low-temperature pipeline is equipped with shock-absorbing process pipes to reduce the noise caused by the operation of the compressor; the refrigeration unit uses shock-absorbing springs or rubber pads for shock absorption and noise reduction; the inner side of the unit enclosure is affixed with sound-absorbing materials for noise reduction.
