BOTO Group's team is the core driving force behind our 20-year development in environmental reliability test equipment. Our multi-disciplinary workforce covers R&D engineering, international sales, production quality control, and global after-sales support. We combine rich industry experience with practical project know-how to deliver reliable salt spray test chambers, UV aging chambers, temperature & humidity chambers, and customized testing solutions for industrial clients worldwide. Every customer inquiry and project is backed by corresponding professional team members.

Our engineering group comprises senior mechanical structure engineers, refrigeration specialists, electrical & control software developers, and application technical engineers. Most of our core engineers have over 12 years of experience in environmental simulation equipment and are well versed in international testing standards including ASTM B117, ASTM G154, IEC 60068, and MIL-STD-810. This team leads new-product development, non-standard ODM project design, drawing output, prototype verification, and technical problem solving. They also engage in early-stage technical communication with customers, translating test requirements into feasible chamber solutions

Our dedicated international sales team has extensive overseas project experience. Members are proficient in test-equipment technical parameters, international trade terms, and overseas market requirements such as special power supply standards and multi-language controller demands for regions like Southeast Asia and the Middle East. We provide one-stop project support: fast inquiry replies, detailed quotations, parameter confirmation, drawing reviews, order follow-up, and shipment coordination. Each customer is assigned a dedicated contact person to ensure smooth communication throughout the entire order cycle.

Our after-sales technical team offers global remote guidance and troubleshooting support. Services include installation guidance, parameter setting training, fault diagnosis, maintenance instruction, and spare-parts supply. We provide clear operation manuals and video tutorials for overseas end-users and local distributors. For complex projects, we support remote online debugging, helping customers solve equipment operation problems efficiently.

BOTO Test owns five factories with a total floor area of 60,000 square metres. We have ten branch offices covering South China, North China, East China, and Northwest China, as well as over ten overseas after-sales service sites spanning Southeast Asia, Russia, North America, the Middle East, and beyond. Our long-term service network supports more than 800 overseas customers.

Our manufacturing hub is located in the Yueyang Industrial Park, Hunan Province. This industrial park was constructed by Shanghai Boyi Test Equipment Co., Ltd. with a total investment of RMB 400 million. It is primarily engaged in the full-chain R&D and manufacturing of laboratory equipment. Situated adjacent to the Yueyang section of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway and close to Lotus Airport, the park enjoys highly convenient transportation. Covering an area of 40 mu (approx. 2.67 hectares), the park consists of a comprehensive office building and two standard factories, with a total built-up area of nearly 20,000 square metres.

On December 23, 2021, Ms. Li Aiwu, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and Mayor of Yueyang City, Hunan Province, led the participants of the Yueyang City Industrial Project Construction Mobile Site Meeting to inspect our company and observe the progress of our industrial projects.
