Environmental simulation test project

1. Temperature test:
Smartphones undergo extreme temperature tests from minus 40°C to high temperatures of 85°C during the temperature test. Engineers will observe the performance, battery life, stability and other aspects of the mobile phone under different temperatures. This test is designed to ensure that the mobile phone can operate stably under various climatic conditions and meet the needs of users.
- According to the GB/T 2423.1-2008 "Basic Environmental Testing of Electrical and Electronic Products Part 2: Test Method Test N: Temperature Change" standard, a temperature shock test is performed to check the reliability and performance of the product under extreme temperatures.
- According to the GB/T 2423.22-2012 "Environmental Testing Part 2: Test Method Test N: Temperature Change" standard, conduct a temperature cycle test to simulate various temperature changes that the product may encounter during normal use.

2. Humidity test:

8. Temperature-humidity combination test:

Reference test conditions

1. Low temperature storage test:
- Test environment: -40℃ 72H
- Number and status of mobile phones: 2, shut down when low temperature
- Test purpose: low temperature application function test
- Test method: Insert the battery, turn off the phone, and place it on a shelf in the temperature test box. Gradually cool down to -40°C with an average change rate of no more than 3°C/min. After the temperature stabilizes, it lasts for 72 hours (the mass production prototype is taken out after 24 hours), take it out, and leave it for 2 hours to return to normal temperature.

2. High temperature storage test:
- Test environment: +70℃ 72 H
- Number and status of mobile phones: 2, shut down when high temperature
- Test purpose: high temperature application function test
- Test method: Put the mobile phone on the shelf in the temperature test box without installing the battery. Gradually raise the temperature to +70°C with an average change rate of no more than 3°C/min. After the temperature stabilizes, take it out for 72 hours, leave it for 2 hours, return to normal temperature, and then conduct structural, software and hardware function inspections.

3. Thermal shock test: When the bare metal is turned off, test for 45 minutes under +85℃ environmental conditions and 45min under -40℃ environmental conditions. The conversion time between the two temperatures shall not be greater than 15 seconds. Conduct 27 cycles. After the test, place it for at least two Perform a power-on test after several hours.

4. Temperature cycle test: naked power off, test at 70°C for 1 hour, test at 40°C for 1 hour, and test at -40°C for 1 hour. Each cycle is three hours, a total of 27 cycles. After the test, leave it for at least 2 hours for detection.

5. High temperature and high humidity storage test: With the bare metal turned on, the test temperature is adjusted to 55°C, the humidity is 93%RH, and the test time is set to 72h. After the test, it is left for 2h for functional, electrical performance, and appearance testing, and then uses ordinary transparent Stick the tape on the keyboard for 1 minute each time. After 1 minute, peel the tape off the keyboard within 1 second. Repeat this for a total of 3 times to check whether the paint layer on the keyboard is peeling off or the keyboard is peeling off.

6. Ultraviolet aging test: Evaluate the durability of mobile phones under ultraviolet irradiation. Put the mobile phone into a UV aging test chamber and expose it directly to the paint surface for 48 hours under a temperature of 50°C and ultraviolet light of 340W/mm2. After the test, check the painted surface.

7. Salt spray test:
- Test equipment: salt spray test chamber.
- Test solution: Use sodium chloride (NaCl) solution with a concentration of (50±5) g/L and a pH value of 6.5~7.2.
- Test temperature: The temperature inside the test chamber should be maintained at (35±2)℃.
- Test time: Select the appropriate test time according to the usage environment and design requirements of the mobile phone, generally 24 hours, 48 hours or 96 hours.
- Test process: Place the mobile phone sample in the salt spray test chamber to ensure that the sample is not blocked by other objects. Close the test chamber door and start spraying. During the test, the temperature and humidity in the test chamber should be checked regularly to ensure that it meets the test requirements.
- Post-test treatment: After the test, take out the mobile phone sample, rinse it with clean water, and then wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Check the appearance, mechanical and electrical properties of the mobile phone and record the test results.
