Product Description

The ‌Sand and Dust Chamber‌ is a reliability environmental testing equipment that uses a special sand and dust generator to generate sand and dust of a certain concentration and particle size distribution to simulate the damage caused by natural wind and sand climate to the product. It is mainly used to test the shell sealing performance of the product. It simulates a real sand and dust environment to evaluate the durability and reliability of products and materials in a sand and dust environment. It is suitable for the two levels of IP5X and IP6X tests specified in the shell protection level standard.

 

Design Principle

 

Sand and dust chamber design a conical funnel with a dust collection port at the bottom, and install a high-pressure turbine circulating fan suction port at the dust extraction port (bottom) to send the sucked dust to the top of the inner box and let it fall freely from top to bottom through the top of the box, thus starting a cycle over and over again.
