The High Temp Muffle Furnace can reach a temperature of 1200℃. It adopts high-quality carbon steel shell and beautiful powder electrostatic spraying process, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. The furnace adopts 1500# high-aluminum ceramic fiberboard, wet vacuum, one-piece molding, with good heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and long service life. The heating element adopts embedded resistance wire for three-sided heating. The temperature control system adopts precise Yudian PID controller, which can be programmed in 30 sections and has high temperature control accuracy. It is equipped with protection systems such as door opening power off, leakage protection, broken couple protection, and over-temperature alarm. The degree of automation is high, and various indicators have reached advanced levels. This muffle furnace is an ideal tool for heat treatment, reaction research, sintering process and ceramic firing. It can be used for grain and crude fiber ash testing, heat treatment, ceramic and glass sealing firing, ignition test, and heat treatment of steel parts in laboratories and industries.
