High temperature oven is industrial/laboratory equipment capable of reaching temperatures exceeding 550°C, primarily used for drying and curing processes. The core structure features a double-layer stainless steel enclosure with a high-temperature ceramic fiber insulation layer. It's equipped with an electric heating tube/silicon carbon rod heating system, a PID intelligent temperature control system (accuracy ±1°C), and a forced convection circulation system. The outer enclosure is constructed of cold-rolled steel, while the inner liner is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel.

The equipment incorporates safety features such as over-temperature protection, leakage protection, and door lock-interlock power-off. Its highly efficient insulation structure maintains temperature stability. Industrial ovens (also known as baking ovens or drying boxes) utilize various heating methods: electric, gas, or infrared. The hot air circulation system incorporates an adjustable exhaust valve, a double-layer tempered glass observation window, and high-temperature-resistant silicone sealing strips for enhanced sealing.

High temperature oven is widely used in factories, scientific research institutes, and enterprises and institutions. They are primarily used for baking, drying, and other heating purposes on various items (test pieces). These include drying transformer cores or coils, drying motor stator or rotor windings, preheating welding rods, drying sand molds for castings, and drying electrical cabinets and parts for painting. Depending on the heat treatment requirements of various workpieces, industrial high-temperature ovens generally feature large size, high heat capacity, high heating power, rapid temperature rise, high thermal efficiency, safety, reliability, and ease of operation. Their operating temperature can typically be raised from room temperature to a maximum, and any operating temperature within this range can be selected. Once the operating temperature is selected, an automatic control system maintains a constant temperature within the set time. Industrial high-temperature ovens also feature hot air circulation systems for more uniform operating temperatures. In some specialized applications, proper handling and protection measures are also required to prevent corrosive or harmful gases emitted by the workpieces.
