High Altitude Test Chamber

High Altitude Test Chamber

The high altitude test chamber is a type of reliability testing equipment. It can detect the reliability of products in low pressure, high temperature and other environments, detect product defects in advance, and thus help manufacturers improve their products and enhance product competitiveness.

Product Introduction
Temperature test chamber
Product Description

The high altitude test chamber is a device used to simulate high altitude and low pressure environments. It is mainly used to evaluate the environmental adaptability and reliability of various products such as instruments, electrical products, materials, etc. under low pressure, high temperature, low temperature, or both. It can detect product defects in advance, thereby helping manufacturers to improve their products and enhance product competitiveness.

Structure and working principle

High-altitude test chambers usually consist of the following parts:
‌Insulation box: located at the front, made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with plastic spraying on the surface, strong anti-corrosion ability.
‌Refrigeration and vacuum unit: located at the back, usually composed of compressors and other components, responsible for refrigeration and vacuuming.
‌Electrical controller: located on the door of the test chamber, responsible for system control, equivalent to the "brain" of the high-altitude test chamber.

Standard

High altitude test chamber meet standard as below:

GB/T 2423.21 Test M: Low pressure
GB/T 2423.25 Test Z/AM: Low temperature/low pressure combined test
GB/T 2423.26 Test Z/BM: High temperature/low pressure combined test
GJB 150.2A Low pressure (altitude) test (Procedure I, Procedure 2)
GJB 150.6 Temperature-altitude test
GJB 150.19 Temperature-humidity-altitude test

Operation and Maintenance

When using the high altitude test chamber, pay attention to the following points:

Sample preparation: Select representative samples and perform necessary pretreatment. Do not put in dangerous goods.
Test conduct: Place the selected samples in the test chamber and conduct the test according to the preset procedure.
Result observation: During and after the test, observe the performance changes of the samples to obtain specific test data of the product.
Data analysis: Analyze the test data and evaluate the reliability of the product, so as to improve or upgrade it.
