The upper space is dedicated to tensile testing, while the lower space is specialized in compression and bending testing. The all-steel cast body is made of aerospace-grade Q345B steel plate and processed through a 500-ton hydraulic forming and precision milling process. The overall rigidity of the machine reaches 2000N/μm. Even under a load of 3000kN, the deformation error of the frame is still less than 0.01mm, providing a solid physical foundation for data stability. The open sample installation platform supports samples with a maximum length of 1500mm and a diameter of 300mm. It is equipped with a quick fixture changing system, which can complete the test switch from plastic film to automotive parts within 5 minutes.
