The Difference Between Flat-type UV Aging Line Test Chamber And Tower-type UV Aging Test Chamber

Test method: Flat-type UV test chambers generally use cyclic testing, that is, the UV lamp is fixed on the top or side of the test chamber, and the air is circulated through a fan to disturb the sample for ultraviolet radiation testing. Tower-type UV aging test chambers generally use ray-type testing, that is, the UV lamp is fixed above the test bench, the sample is placed on the test bench, and the radiation of the lamp is directly irradiated to the sample for testing.

3. Operation and maintenance: Since the test area of the Flat-type UV test chamber is flat, samples are easy to place and replace. At the same time, the structure of the test chamber is relatively simple and easy to maintain and clean. The test area of the tower type UV aging test chamber is tilted, making it relatively difficult to place and replace samples.

In addition, the tower type UV aging test chamber is relatively troublesome to maintain and clean due to its complex tower structure.
