1. Please turn on the power of the salt spray box and the air compressor first, and connect the air compressor.
2. Add pure water or distilled water to the water inlet in the tank and the back of the tank until the low water level light on the panel goes out, otherwise it will not operate normally.
3. The drain pipe and exhaust pipe are connected. As shown on the previous page, the indicator opens to the left.
4. Add water to the isolation sink to the position of the backing plate to prevent salt spray from leaking.
5. Pour the salt water into the salt liquid replenishment bottle, that is, automatically fill the salt water into the spray tower in the laboratory, and make the medicinal water flow to the salt water spray tower.
6. Add water to the wet bulb cup, the wet bulb thermometer is covered with gauze, and the end of the gauze is placed in the wet bulb cup.
7. Place the test piece or sample on the shelf: The angle of arrangement should be arranged according to the required standard. For example, the standard test piece 130×70 (mm) can be inclined at 15 degrees or 30 degrees.
8. Press the power supply and operate the buttons to pre-heat first and reach the set temperature. Note: The test cover needs to be covered and placed carefully to avoid damage.
9. Press the timer button to count according to the set time.
10. After the test, turn off the switches in order.
11. If there is any abnormal phenomenon during the test, please refer to the function abnormality judgment table for handling.
