Product protection
From the perspective of durability, the Universal Strength Testing Machine is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms. The collision protection function operates during the setting process. If abnormal force is detected, it will immediately stop the movement of the crossbeam, reducing damage to the load sensor, other equipment, and precision samples. The overload protection function of the load sensor operates during the testing process. When the load sensor reaches its maximum load, the system automatically stops to prevent damage to the sensor, the system, and accessories. The 2580 series load sensor is specifically designed to be used with this system and can measure forces as low as 1/1000 of the maximum load, with an accuracy of ±0.5%. The frame of the equipment is equipped with pre-loaded bearings, precision ball screws, thick crossheads, and foundation beams, as well as low-resilience transmission belts, ensuring excellent performance and a long service life. The high-strength floor-standing system has been reinforced and has excellent shock and vibration resistance, enabling continuous testing under the maximum rated frame load capacity. The use of gasket sealing and the airflow design in the patent application reduces debris entry, and the internal electrical and mechanical hardware is positioned safely away from the bottom of the test area.
