Shock Chamber is designed for harsh environment testing. It adopts dual or three temperature zones independent design, and through advanced mechanical transmission and airflow control technology, it can achieve instant switching between high and low temperature environments in a very short time. The temperature conversion time is as low as 5 seconds, quickly simulating extreme climate scenarios.
Technical parameters include temperature shock range, temperature conversion time, temperature recovery time, temperature fluctuation, temperature deviation, temperature uniformity, etc.

How Shock Chamber Works
Shock Chamber uses two or three independent temperature zones, namely high temperature zone, low temperature zone and test zone, and quickly switches the temperature zones through mechanical transmission or airflow guidance, so that the test samples are exposed to extremely high and extremely low temperature conditions in a very short time, so as to assess the adaptability and destructibility of the product when the temperature changes sharply, and evaluate its durability and reliability in the real environment.
It is divided into two-chamber type and three-chamber type. The high temperature zone and low temperature zone of the two-chamber hot and cold shock test chamber are divided into two independent chambers, and the sample is switched between the two zones through a mechanical transmission system. The three-chamber hot and cold shock test chamber includes three independent chambers, namely the high temperature zone, the low temperature zone and the test zone. The sample is fixed in the test zone, and the high temperature or low temperature airflow is quickly introduced into the test zone through airflow introduction, so that the sample experiences temperature shock.
Application field
Shock Chamber is widely used in electronics, automobiles, aviation, military, medical and other fields. For example, in the electronics industry, it is used to test the performance of electronic components and circuit boards under rapid temperature changes to ensure the stability and reliability of electronic products under different environmental conditions; in the automotive industry, it can test automotive parts such as engine components, sensors, and on-board electronic equipment to evaluate their durability under different climatic conditions.
