Products Description
The ozone content in the atmosphere is very small, but it is the main factor causing rubber cracking. The ozone aging test chamber simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, studies the effect of ozone on rubber, and quickly identifies and evaluates the anti-ozone aging performance of rubber and the protective effectiveness of anti-ozonants, and then takes effective anti-aging measures to extend the service life of rubber products.

The equipment used to test the ozone aging resistance of rubber and its products complies with (meets) relevant standards: JIS K 6259 ASTM1149 ISO1431 GB/T7762 GB/T13642, etc.... Mainly a toolbox used for antioxidant testing.

Ozone system
Due to the medium-frequency high-voltage power supply mode, the electrode will not produce corona overheating, so the generated ozone concentration is stable and will not decrease with the working time or the high or low gas flow rate. However, the high-frequency surface discharge ceramic corona generator uses high-frequency voltage discharge. When the temperature in the discharge area cannot be effectively dissipated, ozone will decompose due to overheating. It is suitable for use under high airflow conditions.

No vulnerable components, maintenance-free operation, long life. However, the surface of the ceramic electrode of the high-frequency surface discharge ceramic corona generator is prone to oxidized attachments.
