Multi-level security protection system

The equipment is equipped with three safety mechanisms: mechanical limit protection, software overload protection and emergency stop button. When the test force value exceeds 110% of the set upper limit, the hydraulic system will automatically relieve pressure within 0.1 seconds. The test area is equipped with a 3mm thick tempered glass protective cover. When the protective cover is opened, the equipment immediately stops running to prevent fragments from flying when the sample breaks. In addition, the equipment has passed international safety certifications such as CE and ISO 13485, and complies with laboratory safety management regulations. ​


Ergonomic design

The height of the operation console can be adjusted within the range of 750mm to 900mm to meet the usage requirements of operators of different heights. The fixture replacement adopts a quick-release design, and a single person can complete the fixture replacement and calibration within 3 minutes.
