Therefore, the double 85 condition does not reflect the actual use environment of the product, but is used to simulate the reliability performance of the product under extreme conditions.

So why must it be double 85, why not choose more stringent conditions?
Because after statistical analysis, it was found that the failure of the product in these tests was not due to the problems encountered by the product during actual use, but due to performance failure caused by excessive stress under certain test conditions.
Then, after a lot of practical accumulation, the double 85 test method is considered to be closer to the actual situation, more in line with the reliability evaluation needs of the product under extreme conditions, and is a more ideal and reasonable test method.

The double 85 test is mainly used to evaluate the moisture and heat resistance of the product, that is, to age the product under 85℃/85%RH conditions, and compare the performance changes of the product before and after aging, such as the photoelectric performance parameters of the lamp, the mechanical properties of the material, and the yellowing index. The smaller the difference, the better, thereby evaluating the heat and humidity resistance of the product.
