Features
1. High Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber uses imported microcomputer to control saturated steam temperature, which can control saturated steam temperature more accurately and conveniently;
2. The equipment uses pointer to display positive and negative pressure gauge; the time controller uses LED display; automatic water level controller provides alarm when the water level is insufficient;
3. Round inner box, stainless steel round test inner chamber structure, in line with industrial safety container standards, can prevent condensation and dripping during the test;
4. Round lining, stainless steel round lining design, can avoid steam latent heat directly impacting the test sample;
5. Precision design, good airtightness, low water consumption, each time water is added, it can continuously test for 200 hours.

High Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber Structure
Control System：
Controller touch screen, including lighting switch, USB interface (on the control panel); main power switch, over-temperature protection setting device, and communication interface.
Cooling system：
The compressor can be selected as single-stage (air-cooled) or double-stage refrigeration system (water-cooled). The evaporator adopts a finned heat exchanger and the refrigerant adopts environmentally friendly R404a/R23 with an ozone depletion index of 0.
Heating system：
The heater adopts nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire heater;
Heater control method: SSR (solid-state relay) contactless equicyclic pulse width modulation.
Humidification system:
The humidification method adopts electric steam humidification, and the equipment has automatic water replenishment function.
