5.The main structural components of the test chamber are:

5.1 Material: PP polymer corrosion-resistant material;

5.2 Salt solution refill tank:60L,Convenient to replenish salt solution at any time;

5.3 Saturated barrel: Made of SUS304 high-grade stainless steel plate, it has good resistance to high temperature and high pressure, and provides consistent moist air with the inside of the chamber;

5.4 Laboratory sample rack: V-shaped bracket and 0-shaped two-layer suspension bracket are made of fiberglass rods, which are corrosion-resistant and load-bearing. They can place a large number of test pieces and optionally choose 15° or 30° to place the test plates;

5.5 Heating method: The salt spray test temperature in this series of test chambers is heated by dry-fired heating tubes, making the chamber temperature more uniform and stable;

5.6 Humidification system: The humidification pipe of the humidification barrel is introduced into the working room, and the fan in the working room stirs evenly. The humidity is expressed by the dry and wet bulb temperatures;

5.7 Air conditioning system: This system consists of an adjustment chamber, drying heater, evaporator, humidifier expansion tube, centrifugal fan, etc. The purpose is to send the dry temperature and moist air adjusted in the adjustment chamber to the work after being fully stirred. Indoors, it enters the return air outlet and is sent back to the regulating chamber to continue the cycle, over and over again;

5.8 Box cover: It has sufficient strength and rigidity to observe the spray conditions. Adopting a water-sealed structure to ensure that salt spray does not overflow. The box cover is automatically protected when opened, and the cyclic corrosion test is automatically started from the breakpoint after being re-covered. The box cover adopts an included angle of 110º ~ 120º to ensure that condensed water does not drip on the test piece.

5.9 It is equipped with a balanced exhaust hole to prevent the pressure inside the box from rising, and does not cause the airflow in the work space to move excessively when exhausting;

5.10 Equipped with a graduated separatory funnel to collect and visualize the salt spray sedimentation outside the box;

5.11 Equipped with two spray towers, it can meet the demand for salt spray deposition more evenly and quickly.

6.Gas supply system:

6.1 The air source is supplied by an air compressor (prepared by the customer), which is filtered by the first-level air purifier, and then sent into the saturated barrel after the second-level air pressure is adjusted;

6.2 This test chamber is equipped with two air pressure regulating valves. When the air pressure provided by the air compressor is connected, the pressure of the first pressure regulating valve entering the gas pipeline should be adjusted to between 0.2-0.4Mpa;

6.3 The second pressure regulating valve entering the nozzle (that is, the regulating valve that adjusts the spray pressure), the pressure should be adjusted to between 0.07-0.17MPa;

6.4 Air circuit system: stable and reliable imported air circuit components.

7.Spray system: the nozzle is removable for easy cleaning

7.1 The airflow spray method and the siphon principle are used to atomize the absorbed salt solution through the nozzle, and the atomization particle size is uniform, which can ensure the continuity and stability of the test;

7.2 It uses a crystal-free nozzle and a baffle-type spray device. After being diffused by the baffle, it falls evenly and freely into the test chamber, so that the salt spray deposition amount reaches the specified value;

7.3 The salt water before spraying is injected into the preheating tank through the salt water storage tank, preheated and then introduced into the nozzle. Make the temperature fluctuation of the studio after constant temperature smaller;

7.4 Salt spray deposition amount: The nozzle pressure can be adjusted according to the size of 0.5--2.0 ml80cm 2/ 1hr (16hr average amount).
