Hast Test Chamber

The Hast test chamber, also known as the Highly Accelerated Life Test Chamber, is a device used to simulate the various environmental conditions and stresses to which a product is subjected during long-term use in order to test its reliability and durability.

The HAST test chamber is vertical in structure. The inner box of the test box is made of SUS304 grained stainless steel plate, and the outer box is made of steel plate with baking varnish, which is beautiful and generous. The temperature controller is a Japanese Fuji digital display controller, PT100 sensor, pointer pressure gauge, and built-in water tank. The equipment has protection devices such as over-temperature, lack of phase, lack of water, pressure, and empty heating tube burning.

● Set the temperature, humidity, vibration and other parameters inside the test chamber as required, and ensure compliance with the specified standards or test requirements.

● Place the sample to be tested in the test chamber and connect the necessary instruments and equipment for data acquisition and monitoring.

● Start the test chamber and run it for a specified time period, during which time the relevant data is monitored and recorded.

● After the test is completed, stop the test chamber operation and remove the sample for inspection and evaluation.

The HAST test chamber simulates various extreme conditions that a product may encounter during normal use by applying extreme environmental conditions such as temperature, vibration and voltage to the product. The purpose of this testing method is to discover potential defects and weak links of the product in a short period of time, so as to improve and optimize it before it is actually put into use.
